Sharon's Lemon Delight
Sharon'S Lemon Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. pecans, 1 can lemon pie filling and 1 can eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine the margarine, flour and pecans.
Mix and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Let this cool. Combine the Eagle Brand milk and lemonade concentrate.
Fold in 1 container Cool Whip and spread over the cooled crust.
Refrigerate 30 minutes, then spread the can of lemon pie filling on the second layer.
Top this layer with more Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Keep refrigerated.
