Shallalai
Shallalai is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3 small onions, chopped, 1 small can pimentos, chopped, 3 small green beans, chopped and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown green peppers and onions in heavy skillet with just enough Crisco to cook.
When tender, add ground beef and cook on medium heat until meat is browned.
Add soup and pimentos and cook on low for about 10 minutes.
When ready to serve, open 1 or 2 cans of Chinese noodles and pour over top of Shallalai.
Serves 6.
