Seven-up Salad
Seven-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. hot water, 2 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 2 c. seven-up and 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix hot water, jello and marshmallows. Cool and add Seven-Up and pineapple.
Let set.
Beat egg, butter, sugar, flour and pineapple juice.
Cook until thick.
Cool. Mix softened cream cheese with Cool Whip.

Spread on jello and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
