Seven-up Salad
Seven-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-up, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice, 3/4 c. nuts and 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in a heavy pan over a low heat and stir until marshmallows are melted.
Pour over jello.
Have cheese at room temperature.
Add to hot mixture and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in whipped cream.
