Seven Seas Casserole
Seven Seas Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup, 1 1/3 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a saucepan, combine soup, water, salt, onion and pepper. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Pour half of mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Make 3 layers in casserole using Minute rice (right from the box), then peas and then tuna.
Add remaining soup mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake, covered, at 375Β° for 20 or 25 minutes, cutting through mixture with a knife after baking 10 minutes.
