Seven Minute Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. karo corn syrup, 4 tbsp. cold water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat all ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water and beat until will stand in a stiff peak.
Remove from heat and add vanilla; beat until stiff.
