Seven Layer Salad
Seven Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. young greens (spinach), 2 large ribs celery, thinly sliced, 1/2 lb. radishes, sliced, 2 scallions, sliced and 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place greens in the bottom of large glass bowl.
Add celery, radishes, scallions, bacon and peas in individual layers.
Carefully spread mayo over peas, completely covering the top and sealing to the edge of the bowl.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover salad tightly and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
