Seven-Layer Salad
Seven-Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces, 1 (12 oz.) can peas, drained, 3 to 4 stalks celery, sliced or chopped, 1 bermuda onion, chopped and 1 to 2 c. mayonnaise (spread to cover and seal the first four layers), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, layer the following: lettuce, peas, celery, onion and mayonnaise.
Cover mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese.
Top with bacon.
Cover and refrigerate approximately 8 hours prior to serving.
