Seven-Layer Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sliced raw potatoes, 1 1/2 c. sliced raw carrots, 1 1/2 c. sliced celery, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place potatoes in the bottom of a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with other vegetables and uncooked meat in order given, sprinkling each layer with a little of the salt and pepper. Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
