Seven Layer Casserole
Seven Layer Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. oil and 2 c. quick rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute meat, onion and pepper in oil using 10-inch frypan with lid.
When meat has browned, arrange following on top in layers in order given: rice, corn, tomatoes, salt, cheese, olives and olive juice.
Cover pan tightly.
Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook 15 minutes.
Serve from frypan.
