Seven Course Dinner
Seven Course Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, sliced potatoes, sliced celery, sliced onion and sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown the beef lightly.
Put half in bottom of casserole.
On top of this put one layer sliced potatoes, one layer sliced celery, one layer sliced onion, one layer sliced carrots, the raw rice, one layer green pepper rings and 1 small can mushrooms.
Add the rest of the ground beef.
Mix the tomato soup with the water; pour over casserole.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
