Sesame Seed Cookies
Sesame Seed Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 c. crisco shortening, 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and then add shortening.
Mix well.
Beat eggs and anise flavoring and then add to dry ingredients.
Add milk and mix well.
Roll a little ball and then shape into a log.
Dip log into milk and then roll in sesame seed. Put on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
As soon as cookies brown lightly on bottom they are done. Makes 9 to 10 dozen.
