Sesame Chicken
Sesame Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, lightly beaten, 1/2 c. low-fat milk, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Beat egg and milk.
In a plastic bag, combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and sesame seed.
Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then shake one piece at a time in plastic bag.
Place skin side up in baking dish.
Pour melted margarine over and bake about one hour or until done.
Serves 5.
