Sesame Cheese Wafers
Sesame Cheese Wafers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. sesame seed, 1 (5 oz.) jar processed cheese spread, 4 tsp. polyunsaturated margarine, 3/4 c. sifted flour and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350°.
Toast sesame seeds in pie pan in oven for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring once to brown evenly.
In small bowl, cream together cheese spread and margarine.
Add flour, paprika and sesame seed.
Mix thoroughly.
Form into a 6-inch long roll.
Wrap in foil; refrigerate.
When ready to bake, heat oven to 400°. Slice roll into 1/4-inch wafers.
Bake on ungreased baking pan 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
Remove from pan.
Makes six 4-wafer servings.
