Senior Breakfast Cheese Grits
Senior Breakfast Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. quick grits, 1 (6 oz.) garlic cheese and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Stir grits slowly into boiling water, salted, in heavy saucepan.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
When thick, remove from heat.
Add 1 package garlic cheese.
When it melts, add butter, milk and eggs.
Put in greased baking dish.
Top with mild grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
