Secret Recipe For Green Bean-Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained, 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained, salt and pepper to taste and 2 c. uncooked white rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 350°.
Cook hamburger; drain.
In Pyrex or other baking casserole dish, mix soup, hamburger and rice.
Add salt and pepper as needed.
When mixed, then add green beans and mix carefully.
Prior to baking, pour enough water over mixture to more than cover it.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
