Made with leftover steak or roast, chipped (about 2 c.), 1 medium onion, diced, 2 envelopes gravy mix, 1 medium can mushrooms, drained and 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown onions in butter.

Add mushrooms and chipped meat. Sprinkle gravy mix over your meat and add water.
