Seasoned Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
Remove mushroom stems and finely chop; set caps aside.
Combine mushroom stems and remaining ingredients, stirring well; spoon into mushroom caps. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
