Seasoned Spinach Balls
Seasoned Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9 oz.) pkg. green giant harvest fresh frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 3/4 c. margarine or butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on 2 ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Yields 8 dozen.
