Seasoned Potatoes
Seasoned Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium russet baking potatoes (can use more or less as needed), 1 stick margarine, garlic salt to taste, seasoned salt to taste and parmesan cheese to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash potatoes well (do not peel); halve and quarter potatoes to make wedges.
Place on cookie sheet.
Separate potatoes on sheet, skin side down.
Melt margarine; pour over potatoes, making sure all are coated.
Sprinkle well with seasoned salt, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
Cook in a 400Β° oven until potatoes are done.
