Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
Layer in baking pan. Cover with onion. Add margarine slices and bacon pieces.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with Season-All. Cover with water and put foil over pan. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
When potatoes are done, uncover and turn oven up to 450° for 10 minutes to brown potatoes.
