Seasoned Chicken Breasts
Seasoned Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, halved, 1/3 c. oil, 1 small onion, sliced into rings, 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Wash and pat dry chicken breasts.
In plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, salt, flour, onion and garlic powder.
Add chicken, one piece at a time, shake and coat well. Place in hot frying pan with oil.
Brown on both sides.
When brown, place in baking dish.
Cover chicken with onion and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
