Seaside Pasta Salad
Seaside Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. imitation crab, 2 c. uncooked seashell pasta, 1/4 c. diced green pepper, 1/4 c. diced red onion and 2 tsp. diced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook pasta without salt and drain and cool.
Toss shredded crab, pepper, onion and parsley together and set aside.
Combine soy sauce, oil, vinegar and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Pour soy sauce mixture over crab mixture.
Gently toss together.
Chill 2 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Toss again just before serving.
