Seashell-Pasta Salad
Seashell-Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. large pasta, cooked and drained, 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and cut, 2 medium carrots, sliced, 1/2 c. red and 1/2 c. green pepper, cubed and 1/3 c. green or red onions, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving. (I think it's better when made a day ahead of time.)
Makes 10 cups of salad.
