Seafood Shells is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (6-inch) flour tortillas, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed mexican style vegetables, 1 can chunky creamy mushroom soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen salad style crab meat, thawed or shrimp (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wrap tortilla shells in foil and heat in a 350Β° oven for 10 minutes.
Fit each tortilla into a greased 10 ounce custard cup. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
Transfer tortilla shells to 3 serving plates.
