Seafood Sauce Picante is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 pod garlic, crushed, 2 onions, chopped, 3 bunches green onions, chopped, 2 bunches parsley and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute vegetables in oil.
Add tomato paste.
Add dash of sugar and let boil.
Add rest of ingredients and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
If too watery, add 1 tablespoon of flour, dissolved in water, to thicken.
Serves 12 to 15.
Serve over rice.
