Seafood Salad
Seafood Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans tuna fish, 1 can crabmeat, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 8 or 10 sweet pickles and 3 sticks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grind in food chopper: tuna fish, crabmeat, eggs, pickles, celery and onion.
Blend vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, Beau Monde seasoning, salt and cream cheese together.
Combine all ingredients and chill well.
Garnish with stuffed olives.
(One can salmon may also be added, if desired.)
