Seafood Salad
Seafood Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. fine egg noodles, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. plain yogurt, 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Set aside.
Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients, mixing well.
Combine noodles, sour cream mixture, seafood mix and next 6 ingredients, mixing well.
Chill 8 hours.
Arrange on lettuce-lined plates.
Garnish, if desired. Garnish: tomato wedges, parsley sprigs.
