Seafood Salad
Seafood Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large (1 lb.) box macaroni shells (medium size), 2 (12 oz.) cans tuna, 1 can salmon, 3 (6 oz.) bags salad shrimp sea pak, peeled and cooked and 1 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook macaroni shells.
Bring 4-quarts of water to a rolling boil.
Empty contents of package into boiling water and stir. Return to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, 12 to 14 minutes.
Avoid overcooking.
Drain well and rinse and drain again.
Shrimp will be frozen.
Run cold water over and drain. Mix all other ingredients and chill.
Makes a large amount.
