Seafood Rotelle
Seafood Rotelle is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. green onions, chopped (tops also), 2 c. chicken broth, 1 bottle clam juice and 1/2 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In 4 tablespoons margarine, cook onion until limp.
Blend in flour and stir until bubbling.
Remove from heat; stir in broth, clam juice, wine, yogurt, oregano, red pepper, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.
Stir until thick and the cheese has melted.
Add shrimp and crab.
Pour over rotelle.
