Seafood Quiche
Seafood Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 deep dish pastry shell, 8 to 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, 1/2 c. swiss cheese, 1/2 c. monterey jack cheese and 1/3 c. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 425°.
Mix bacon, cheese, onion and 1 egg at a time.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Stir in shrimp and crab last.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300°.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6.
