Seafood Pasta Salad
Seafood Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) bags rotini pasta (uncooked), 1/2 yellow onion, diced, 1/2 purple onion, diced, 1/2 bell pepper, diced and 1 stalk celery, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place pasta in a pot of boiling saltwater and cook for about 15 minutes or until pasta is done.
Drain and wash pasta, then place in large mixing bowl.
Add onions, celery and bell peppers and mix thoroughly.
Next, add shrimp, crabmeat, mayonnaise, Creole mustard and Tony Chachere.
If more mayonnaise is desired, add more.
When salad is well mixed, add ketchup.
Stir in ketchup and mix well.
When pasta is well mixed, pour into dish and cover.
Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
