Seafood Pasta
Seafood Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. or more linguini, 1/4 c. olive oil, 3 to 4 cloves garlic or powder, 1 small onion and 8 oz. sea legs (imitation crabmeat), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook linguini in boiling water.
Drain.
Meanwhile, saute garlic and onion in olive oil until soft, but not brown.
Toss all ingredients together in pot.
Add sea legs and more oil as needed. Season with Mrs. Dash or Italian seasoning to taste.
Serve warm. Add broccoli if desired.
