Seafood Newburg
Seafood Newburg is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. cream, 3 tbsp. catsup and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter; stir in flour until blended.
Stir in cream slowly.
When the sauce is thick, stir in catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Add shrimp and crabmeat.
Stir about until well heated. Season with salt, paprika and cayenne.
Just before serving, add sherry.
Serve over rice or noodles.
