Seafood Mold
Seafood Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1 c. mayo, 1/3 c. green peppers, 1/3 c. red peppers and 1/3 c. onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chop peppers and onion.
Heat tomato soup to boil (undiluted). Mix cream cheese and mayo; add tomato soup mixture and mix until creamy.
Add peppers and onions.
Dilute gelatin in 1 cup water and add to mixture.
Add shrimp or crab meat.
Put in Jell-O mold and refrigerate.
Unmold.
Serve with crackers.
