Seafood Mold
Seafood Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope plain gelatin, 1 c. seafood (e.g.: shrimp, crab, tuna), 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 2 tsp. chopped olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix liquids and spices.
Add everything else.
Mix well. Place in mold.
Mold will be firm in 2 hours in refrigerator.
If placed in individual molds will firm up in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
