Seafood Linguine Alfredo
Seafood Linguine Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. uncooked linguine, 3/4 c. margarine or butter, 1 c. real whipping cream, 1/4 tsp. white pepper and 1 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook linguine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water.
Put shrimp in a pot and cook excess water off shrimp.
Put to the side.
In a Dutch oven, melt margarine.
Put crabmeat and shrimp in with melted butter.
Warm in butter for about 2 minutes.
Stir in whipping cream and pepper. Cook over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly, stirring frequently.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook over low heat just until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
Immediately stir in linguine; toss to coat with sauce.
If sauce begins to separate, stir in a little more cream and cook over low heat until smooth.
