Seafood Lasagna
Seafood Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 lasagna noodles, 1 c. onions, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Arrange 4 noodles on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Saute onions in butter until tender.
Mix together onions, cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.
Spread half of this mixture on noodles.
Combine soup, milk and wine; fold in shrimp and crabmeat.
Spread half of this mixture over the cheese layer. Repeat all three layers (noodles, cheese, seafood).
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving.
