Seafood Lasagna
Seafood Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 lasagna noodles (any flavor), 1 c. onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Drain. Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cook onions in margarine until tender; blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper; spread one-half of mixture on top of noodles.
Combine soup, milk and wine; stir in shrimp and crab.
Spread one-half of soup/shrimp mixture over cottage cheese layer.
Repeat layers; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Top with American cheese and bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
Garnish with tomato, parsley and shrimp.
