Seafood Jubilee
Seafood Jubilee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. fettucini pasta, 2 tbsp. butter, 3/4 lb. scallops (sea or bay), 3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined and old bay seasoning to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Boil fettucini as per instructions on box.
Melt butter in skillet.
Lightly saute scallops and shrimp in skillet and add Old Bay to taste.
Divide fettucini onto 2 platters and top with grated Mozzarella, shrimp and scallops; use pimento pieces for garnish. Hurry into preheated oven until cheese is melted.
