Seafood Fettucini
Seafood Fettucini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 tsp. chopped garlic, 1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat, 1 c. half and half and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
Add crabmeat, half and half and pepper.
Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese.
Stir for one minute.
Serve over cooked fettucini.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley.
