Seafood Dip
Seafood Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 sticks celery, chopped and 1 bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt oleo; add flour and cook on medium heat to golden brown. To this, add onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and your choice of seafood and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour.
Then add salt and pepper to taste.
I use Tony Chachere's Creole seasonings only.
