Seafood Chowder
Seafood Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 1 chicken bouillon and 2 stalks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry bacon.
Add onion and butter; cook until onion is translucent.
Add bouillon, celery, salt, pepper, potatoes and enough water to cover all.
Add wine, if desired, and cook until potatoes are tender.
Add seafood and cook 15 minutes more.
Add light cream.
Cornstarch may be used to thicken, if desired.
