Seafood Chowder
Seafood Chowder is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. each: fresh scallops, clams, oysters, shrimp, crabmeat, haddock and lobster and butter, lawry's seasoned salt, 2 qt. whole milk, 1 pt. half and half cream and 1 bottle clam juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Saute each kind of seafood in a small amount of butter and seasoned salt until cooked and put into large double boiler.
Add milk, cream, clam juice, pepper and more seasoned salt to taste. Heat to simmering.
Best if cooled and reheated a couple of times.
