Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. scallops, 1/2 lb. crab meat, 1 pt. heavy cream, 1/2 c. flour and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix seafood with vegetables in Pyrex dish; put aside.
Mix heavy cream, flour and 1/2 stick melted butter; add to seafood. Then add 1 stick of butter to crushed Ritz crackers.
Place on top. Bake in 350Β° oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
