Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 8 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions in 6 tablespoons butter.
Blend in salt and flour.
Add milk.
Cook until sauce is smooth and thick.
Stir in cheese, crab meat, shrimp, hot sauce and lemon juice.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in crumbs.
Sprinkle mixture on top of casserole.
Bake at 375Β° about 25 minutes.
