Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, 2/3 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 1/3 c. minute rice and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat soup, milk and cheese on low heat, until cheese is melted.
Combine rice, oregano and pepper in a greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
Drain tomatoes.
Arrange most of the tomatoes on rice.
Add onion, lobster, tuna or crab and olives. Pour on sauce; sprinkle with potato chips.
Arrange remaining tomatoes on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
