Seafood Casserole

Cook rice as directed on package. Heat oven to 350 F.In ungreased 2 qt.
Casserole dish, combine ALL ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle about 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until it bubbles in the center.
