Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. diced fresh shrimp, 1 c. crabmeat, 1 c. scallops, 3 c. diced, boiled potatoes and 1/2 c. minced round onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Grease a 6 to 8-quart ovenproof casserole dish.
Combine shrimp, crab, scallops, potatoes, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, egg, oyster sauce and mayonnaise.
Mix well. Put the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle cornflake crumbs over.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
