Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 green bell pepper, chopped and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook rice using package directions.
Saute celery, onion and green pepper in margarine in skillet.
Add rice, mushrooms, crab meat, shrimp, pimentos, soup and milk; mix well.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Yield
